Pricing and inclusions
All exhibition formats include:
- Two (2) exhibitor registrations per 9sqm with access to the networking drinks event
- Lead-tracking technology to ensure that you are generating a post-event customer and interactions record for follow up. Recorded leads are GDPR compliant and exportable to csv.
- Logo and exhibitor profile of all exhibitor organisations on AusRAIL website, app and in the searchable exhibitor directory as well as listing on exhibition floor plan signage
- Opportunity to purchase staff catering from retail catering outlets on the show floor.
Turnkey exhibition
ARA member $12,000 - $14,400 per 9sqm
Non member $15,000 - $18,000 per 9sqm

Shell scheme
ARA member $6,650 per 9sqm

- Exhibitor name and booth number on fascia signage (up to 30 characters)
- Back and side walls (melamine with aluminium supports)

Space only
ARA member $6,500 per 9sqm

A bare space on which to build a custom stand with your preferred builder. For exhibitors needing custom stand building services please contact our team.
- Exhibitors on space-only locations must build an approved structure to exhibit in line with exhibition guidelines.
- Exhibition booth build plans are subject to pre-approval and must be submitted by the advertised deadline.
- Optional included: one four-amp power point per 9sqm. Other power requirements at exhibitor cost.
